Baby Steps Doula Services provides compassionate, individualized care designed to support you through birth, postpartum recovery, and maternal wellness.
The Baby Steps package includes one prenatal visit and birth support for families needing guidance, advocacy, and support during labor and delivery for up to 12 hours.**
This package includes personalized physical and emotional care, newborn guidance, lactation support, and one 30 min postpartum massage to help you feel rested and grounded.
Beginning at $1000. Sliding scale payment options available. Medicaid accepted.
** Hourly rate of $40 to be applied after first 12 hours.
** Postpartum support also available.
The Postpartum Step by Step package offers gentle, dedicated support during your early weeks with baby. Includes personalized physical and emotional care, newborn guidance, support with light homemaking tasks and one 30 minute postpartum massage to help you feel rested and nourished.
Postpartum support is offered directly after birth and may include hospital or in home support.
*Postpartum Support pricing $40 per hour. 6 hour minimum.

Nurture your body as you care for your newborn. Our postpartum massage provides targeted relief for aching muscles, supports structural realigning after pregnancy, and offers a quiet space for deep relaxation and emotional grounding.
